Release 339-e STS (27 Jul 2020)

Starburst Enterprise Presto 339-e is the follow up release to the 338-e version.

The 339-e release includes all improvements from the Presto project releases since Presto 338:

This release is a short term support (STS) release.

• Renamed Starburst Teradata direct connector and used property names

• Improved support for query push down in Oracle connector

• Avoid silently ignoring extra buckets in Hive connector

• Expand support for lazy dynamic filters
